All our clients are very important to us, that’s why Fashion Rye (“Fashion Rye”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods ordered and bought on our website https://fashionrye.com.

Eligible Products: Customers may return any product that is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, within 7 days of receipt.

If the desired replacement product is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Standard shipping or delivery refers to regular shipping. It does not include shipping overnight or any special provisions to deliver products fast. Usually, standard shipping is cheaper and done via surface couriers. Mail in 1–5 Business Days; Small Packages in 2–5 Business Days.

Return Process

Refunds 

Once we have received and processed the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less any shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 bank business days.

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.

You have the right, without giving a reason, to return the goods within 7 days, if it has not been used, damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, that is, the appearance of the product or its packaging has been made only such alterations as were necessary to inspect the goods received.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.

Unfortunately, products that were marked as a Bundled when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.

Standard Returns

Any goods that You wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

You must place your refund request within 7 days of delivery of the item.

Please fill in the Return form received with your order and send the goods back to the address provided herein.

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

You must exercise return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.

Once the Goods and the Return form have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the goods are received back and inspected.

Restocking Fees

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Company mistake, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, which will be reduced by the amount of applicable restocking.

Exchange Policy

Our team is happy to entertain exchanges if the product is damaged or doesn’t meet the description. You can request us to exchange your order using the steps below:

Eligible Products: Customers may exchange any product that is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, within 7 days of receipt.

Product can be exchanged for a different size or color, and Price variation, provided that such variation is available. An exchange order will be created with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

It’s a different size or color than the return item.  Use the return label provided to send your original item back. Return the original item within 7 days to avoid being charged for keeping both the original and exchange items.

If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price.

Exchange Process

Shipping Costs

DEFECTIVE GOODS 

In certain cases, such as defective, damaged or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund.

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product name
  • Information about the defect, failure or missing part of the item

When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:

  • To replace the defective goods with quality items
  • To supplement the incomplete goods with missing components
  • To apply a discount to the goods, e.g. reduce the price of the goods accordingly
  • To refund the money paid
  • To receive store credit
